I don't know what this means, I have tried to pay for it but every time this happens. I need some help on this.

We have no control over the errors/issues you may have while using PaymentWall.

If you are having problems with payments not processing you would need to contact them directly: https://www.paymentwall.com/en/contacts

If you are not logged in, and you click buy on the download page for Cubik Studio, and you type in your details and you go to Payment wall, and you use a different account and email, will it be denied?

As far as I'm aware having a PaymentWall account and using different details shouldn't matter.

Be aware, very few people suffer issues, any failed payments are generally an issue with you and your payment method.

Again, as that's solely dependant on PaymentWall's system you'd be better off contacting them directly.
