how can you remodel entities ?

The only way i know to remodel entities are using a feature of optifine called custom entity models which makes you able the model the different parts of a entity like for example you can make it look like a bat dosen't have a head and so on. Also here's some more useful information on the topic:

Now what is optifine? Optifine is a mod that boost performance as well as making minecraft resource packs more advanced, some features of optifine are: random mobs, random blocks and custom skies.
