Glad to see you figured out how to fix your issue. :)

Scaling meshes proportionally is planned (on todolist) but not implemented yet. Currently, you can scale your mesh on 1 or 2 axis and then click "Restore proportions" button.

Haven't noticed that button since tooltips isn't present yet. Thanks for the tip, very helpfull!

Tooltips are not inside bubbles but in the footer (bottom left of the window) ;)
