My acount was not migrated!

:cry: I've bought Cubik Pro In 2015 but now i wanted to download That on my Laptop. Then I noticed that you have a new version... But for Some reason i cant login into my account (Probably was not migrated). Was my account destroyed? Do i haft to buy it again? (I hope not..) So can you please Fix my problem, I really enjoy your product

I Looked at that and saw the recovory and i tried that and whats my Cubik Cereal (Is that that thing if i want to download it again?) and my Cubik Email is the on e i used for the account? O_o

As that thread says if you don't remember your serial you need to recover it via the other form using the email address you were using previously on BDcraft.
