Can't upgrade to Cubik Studio in Windows 8.1 x64 [Solved]

Hello,

My friend Tara3208 has bought the Cubik PRO for me some time ago, I've tried to upgrade it to Cubik Studio using the same serial and e-mail (got the updater from him since I'm not allowed to login his account), having tried for several times everytime I got a negative response (see attachments*[below]).
My friend (Tara) tried to upgrade on MacOS it worked like a charm but on Windows 8.1 x64 it just doesn't. (I also tried on Windows 10 Pro x64 in a Virtual Machine, guess what, it doesn't work on that too )

To summarize, seemingly the problem is about OS, if there is already a solution for this issue let me know.
Yes, I typed the e-mail all lowercase.

Only I use the program and the licence rights are mine, he just bought for me.
I retried but no luck, same error. I really want to use the program will it be solved?

Upgrading to Windows 10 Pro x64 solves this.
