i came to login to day on TW_IG and i cant log in i just got a new laptop and need to download the software again

I can't find that username on an existing product.

You will need to send me some information via a Private Message:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
  • Your PaymentWall receipt, or, if you don't have it, another form of proof of purchase (failing that a reasonable estimate of the purchase date)
  • Your Cubik serial (if known)
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
