I purchased Cubik Studio 4 years ago and I still have an account, but I can't download it again. I have the serial code that I screenshot 4 years ago, but I don't know what to use it for

You should be able to access the downloads via https://cubik.studio/get whilst logged in.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
