Glitched Account

Glitched Registration / Activation.
Upon trying to activate product key, I get the red text "something went wrong" appearing. I tried to create another account using a different email but the same thing happened. I am unable to sign in to any account, or reset password, because for whatever reason, I am not receiving any emails from you guys other than the primary one after purchase. I have proof of purchase as well as product key, and I have also tried the product key retrieval form but to no avail. The system still shows that the username / email I created are valid but I cannot do anything with them. May I please be contacted privately so this can be sorted out? This Form account is not linked to my purchase account.

Please send me some information via a Private Message so I can look in to the issue for you:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
  • Your PaymentWall receipt, or, if you don't have it, another form of proof of purchase (failing that a reasonable estimate of the purchase date)
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
