Refund request because accidentally bought twice

Hello, I have already written an email to [email protected] on 20.08.2023 regarding this issue. However, I am still trying this way since I have not received any feedback so far.

I accidentally bought the Cubik Studio twice because I didn't see a confirmation of the purchase. Is it possible that I can get one refunded?
I have not redeemed the key yet.

Date of purchase: 20/08/2023 4:33 AM (GMT-5).
