Failed to download Cubic studio after succesful purchase

Hello,
I have purchased Cubik Studio on Tuesday 21st of December, 2021 at 18:25:55 PM (UTC).
I have created the account Safik08 with an email [email protected].
When I login, account exist, but no Cubic Studio to download.

You should have received an activation link in an email from us.
