Without doing any troubleshooting we can't issue a refund.

You don't appear to have a product attached to your account.

Have you received the activation email? If not please check this thread: purchase-support-f2/how-recover-cubik-s ... i-t60.html
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
