Hey I need a refund i paid for a new account as i couldn't get into my old account but i figured out the login and now I've paid for it and I dont need the other account

You have claimed/activated the new product already (and even downloaded the software). As per the Terms of Sale you agreed to when you made the purchase we won't provide a refund in these circumstances.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
