First check your spam folder to make sure no emails have ended up in there.

If you're received your receipt from PaymentWall you can follow this guide to activate your product: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=60

If you've not received your receipt from PaymentWall you may need to wait a few days before your purchase is processed fully, due to fraud checks or similar. If you've still not received your receipt after 72 hours please let us know.
