Refund Request

I have tried to run the software twice. The first time, it crashed my computer. The second time, the software itself crashed.

I am severely disjointed by the performance of the program, and according to your terms of purchase, a refund will be issued for non-functioning software.

What exactly were you doing on both occasions when it crashed?

Launching the software. I've tried reinstalling, but it still crashes on launch.
