Requesting Refund

This product does not open, nor gives me a reason why or a way to solve this. The product has not been made available to me and I have no way to open it or run it in any way. It is for this reason that I am requesting a refund, I can't use this product and its not been made available to me even though I have tried downloading It multiple times the application will not open. I would like a refund.

If you've managed to download the software to your system, then it has been made available to you.

However, if you are having issues, maybe we can help you with them.

What operating system do you use?
What exactly happens when you try to run the software?

I use a Mac, ive seen some stuff about doing a certain command but I wouldn't know how to do that. And when I try to run the software it just says that it can't be opened with no explanation as to why.

Newer version of Mac seem to have changed a bit, causing some minor issues.

To get it to run now you can try the following:

Note: that when you see {space} below it means press the spacebar.
  1. Open terminal.
  2. Type

    Code: Select all

    sudo chmod -R 755 {space}
  3. Then drag and drop the Cubik Updater from the directory in which you wish for the application to be installed.
  4. Press enter
  5. Enter your password at the prompt
  6. Right click and press open in the directory which the file is in, by default it will tell you that the application is unknown.
  7. Run the file, put in your information and you're done!

Just tried doing that and it still hasn't worked? still got the same message as before

I see. I'm not sure what else to suggest. Not everyone has issues...

Hiya, Still have not been able to open this application could I please get a refund? I even tried letting someone a lot more professional then I am take a look but it still didn't open.

I didn't know if it was bought by mistake, and I bought Cubik Studio twice.
The other one is being used, the other one is not at all. Can I return this?

실수로 구매가 된 지 모르고, 큐빅 스튜디오를 2번이나 구매했습니다.
나머지 한개는 쓰고있으나, 다른 나머지 한개는 전혀 쓰고있지 않습니다. 환불이 가능한가요?
