Please help - paid twice and stuck waiting for transactions to register [Solved]

Hi I've tried purchasing the product but I'm stuck waiting for the transaction to register. I've paid twice accidentally but I've got no options to download and haven't had any emails confirming details. Can anyone help? Email address used to purchase the product is [email protected]. I paid through paypal with invoice numbers removed and removed.

PaymentWall currently have not confirmed either of the transactions IDs you've posted yet.

How did you make your payments?

through payment wall. I used the paypal option, entered my details and confirmed payment. However on the final page where it says to wait until the transaction is processed the icon just kept spinning with nothing else happening. I was also checking the cubik website but the status just said it was waiting for confirmation then said that it timed out. I can send screenshots of the transactions if there is an email address to send them to?

As you used PayPal it can take up to 10 working days for PayPal to process your order as they may have processed it as an eCheque/eCheck (this information normally shows up on your PayPal receipt).

If you're not from the UK the information may differ slightly for your country.

In regards to a refund of one of the transactions, we can't request one until they're confirmed and you've activated one of them.

Pls help when I parches for the first time it was taking me too long to purchased so I re did the process and it paid twice. Can I get a refund for one of them?
