Hello, I wanted to know if I can refund the application because when I try to open it, my pc slows down and when the application finishes opening it goes very slow :(. Basically I cannot use the program because my pc is slow.

I know that the conditions of sale say that it cannot be returned, but it is impossible for me to use the program on my pc. I was happy to use the application, but due to my slow and faulty computer I cannot use the program and I simply lost my money.

I know it's difficult but I would like a refund :( ...

As the Terms of Sale you agreed to when purchasing the software state once the software is made available to you you aren't able to get a refund.

The required computer recommendations were also made clear on the Purchase page.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
