Hello, I bought the cubik studio and I had not created an account, I have all the proofs that if I bought it, I have the order code and the pin

Having an account at the time of purchase is irrelevant.

If you received a PaymentWall receipt, but not an activation email please see this thread: purchase-support-f2/how-recover-cubik-s ... i-t60.html

Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for payments to be processed depending on the method you chose.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
