I want to increase private key requests. [Solved]

I am currently serving in the military in South Korea. Since all information is initialized when the computer in the military is turned off, I always have to download 'cubik studio' again and again.
That's why I have to enter my private key often and request.
When I request this time, a sentence like this pops up and leaves a message.

'You have reset this key too many times in too short a time, which would suggest you have abused the Terms of Use you agreed to when you bought the software.
Due to this you currently cannot request a key reset at this time.
If for whatever reason you disagree with this decision please feel free to post on the Purchase Support forum with your reason why your key should be reset.'

In the Terms of Use you agreed to when purchasing the software it stipulates that using the product on numerous computers may cause issues.

Also, on the reset request form it asks you to agree that you understand that resetting your key may make it unusable. You would have had to agree to that that twice to reach all your uses.

Your key will not be manually reset. It's not due an automatic reset until roughly August, 2021.
