what files can load onto cubik studio

i have been searching for a program that can load a .java minecraft model and turn it into something 3D and be able to edit it. i read that this program can register .json models. its a dragon model, i want to edit it and update it to 1.15.2, not sure if the model i posted is the dragon though.
