Cubik Studio
When i try to open Cubik Studio, I receive the error message "The license is used by too many different users...". I am not aware what could be the reason for that, as I used my license only on a single computer with one user.
Could you please reset my account so that I can continue using it?

It seems unlikely you've only ever installed the software once (reinstalls of the OS on a computer count as a use of the key).
On the reset request form it asks you to agree that you understand that resetting your key may make it unusable. You would have had to agree to that that twice to reach all your uses.
If you found it suspicious that you had to reset your key then you should have let us know earlier.
Your key will not be manually reset. However, the uses of your key will be automatically reset around the beginning of April, 2020.
