License used by too many users [Solved]

I dont know who is using my account but i can't login to my account
I want my license key to be reset plz

Remember, each computer you use the key on over a year counts as a user.

If you believe someone might be using your serial you should change your password and then I can change your key.

However, even after changing your key your uses aren't due a reset until roughly March, 2020.

I changed the password for now, does this mean i can't access my account until march?

I have updated your serial key. Will be able to use the software again in mid-to-late March.

The system automatically resets key uses roughly every 10 months. Most people will never notice the max uses. Few people ever need to reset it manually.

Make sure you don't share your key or account details with with other people and don't leave your account/software logged in on another computer where someone could gain access to your details.

In the future if you notice the "Too many users" issue and you haven't used the software on another computer you should let us know.
