You have reset this key too many times in too short a time, which would suggest you have abused the Terms of Use you agreed to when you bought the software.
Due to this you currently cannot request a key reset at this time.
If for whatever reason you disagree with this decision please feel free to post on the Purchase Support forum with your reason why your key should be reset.

Indeed, that is the message you get when you've used the Request form numerous times in a short period.
You have had the software less than a month and reset your key a lot.
The Terms of Use you agreed to when purchasing the software state you can't share your key, nor use it on numerous devices.
The request form also reminds you, and asks you to confirm, that you understand if you keep resetting your key it may become unusable.
Your key won't be due another reset until roughly January, 2020.
