Any way to open/import .jpm or .jem files?

Just want to get started creating some Optifine Entity Modelling and was hoping to open some jpm and jem files to figure out how people are putting all of their files together. Is there any way to open these files in CS?

If anyone has any suggestions on tutorials for Optifine Entity Modelling I'm all ears.
