How to change block outline to be smaller like the flower [Solved]

I’m making a custom block model that’s smaller than the average size block. When I place it in the game it has a full block outline instead of being something similar to how the flower works where it’s only around the object. How do I change this?

You can't. All those grids are pre-defined internally by Minecraft.
