Cubik Studio Key isnt working

My friend Malte has bought Cubik Pro but the code isnt working now. same with Cubik Studio. He has tried all the possible solutions but nothing worked.
He can login into bdcraft.net but not here in cubik studio.

ps: my english is bad :D

if you have solutions please reply. thanks

There's no user by that name on the site.

Make sure he's followed all the steps here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14
