I can seem activate my account [Solved]

I paid for Cubik Studio a while back in October 2016, and I'm trying to activate it now. I have no ideas if there is an expiry date on the product. On the forum, I am following the steps suggested to get my information back. I have proof of purchase through PayPal, but no matter what path I take it still seems not to work. I would like to activate it if possible, and If I can do so that would we amazing. And as I said, I have proof and am willing to give it. I don't know the email ar password for the account I used. But, I do have a PayPal transaction ID.

• Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
• Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
• Your receipt (or a reasonable estimate of the date of purchase)
• Your Cubik serial (if known)
