An error occured  [Solved]

Hello,

I purchased Cubik Studio a few years ago, unfortunately a few months ago I had to reset my computer.
I also updated my computer to Windows 10 (from Windows 7).
When I downloaded Cubik Studio now again and tried to log in this Error occured:

(An error occured while chicking registration:
The license information entered contains one or more error...)

I already saw a few thing on the forum (f.e. to check the E-Mail and the Serial-Code)
To check this things I already copied the information from https://cubik.studio/get .
I also checked if the time is correct (My timezone is UTC+01:00 Berlin, and it change automatically, even the summertime).
I even deleted the "C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\BDcraft" path,
but nothing changed.

I hope that it is possible to solve this problem with your help '^^
And I also hope that you can understand "my english" ^^

Hello,

now the problem "changed"
When I tried to log-in again an other error occured:

"[...] The license information can't be validated..."

Everytime when I try to log-in it isn't loading, it jumps to this "picture/state" directly :(
Is it possible to fix that?
