I delete the folder and nothing change however i can share you the files in the folder if you want ? thanks you for the answer :D

I tested your license details (Serial + Email) and everything worked well (and I'm in France).

So please verify again the following:
1) You have downloaded latest version of Cubik Updater from this website
2) Your time and time zone are set correctly
3) You are entering valid Serial (in your case "BDC-...")
4) You are entering associated email (the one you use on that forum)

:cubik: I have the exact same problem and ive tried deleting the files and restarting and my time is correct and the code is correct and the email is correct HELP I cant figure this out

OK so this is how i fixed my problem all i did after i checked time internet email and serial. all I did was type in the serial in lower case instead of CAPS :o LOL mabey try that
