Hello.

I'm aware of this forum's purpose, but at this point, I'm not sure I have any other option, as I'm receiving no reply from anywhere else. I recently purchased the old Animaker tool from the old BDCraft website and never received a license key. I've emailed support, made a forum post, tried re-sending the serial code, tried messaging Sphax, and nothing. So I'm posting here with the hopes that someone reads this and can help me. Over a week ago, I paid for a product I have yet to receive, and I'm beginning to feel like I've been stolen from.

You can just go to https://cubik.studio/get and scroll down to download Animaker.

Your details are the same as for Cubik.

I've just tried that and Animaker is saying my details are incorrect.

I tested your Serial and Email for Animaker registration and it worked well.

Please verify the following:
1) You have downloaded Animaker from this website
2) Your time and time zone are set correctly
3) You are entering valid Serial ("BDC-...")
4) You are entering associated email (the one you use on that forum)

Cubik Studio serial doesn't work on previous Animaker versions. You must download Animaker from here to use Cubik Studio Serial (or Cubik Pro Serial if you converted Pro to Studio successfully).
