I can't rotate images when importing in Cubik Studio 2.9 for 32 bit

In Cubik Studio 2.9 for 32 bit systems, I can not rotate images when I import them. Pressing Ctrl to change from drag to rotate photos does not work. This also affects the obj file when I import it, just like the image, I can not rotate that model.
