Serial key reset [Solved]

So basicly I used my serial key for my work computer and my laptops. I got a new pc and deleted it off all those computers and tried to install it on my brand new pc but it said that my serial doesn't work can some one reset my serial key so it will work again or something pls help me thanks.


If there is any way to reset it on this account so i can use it on my new pc that would be great. Thanks for listening.

Personally, I think that you guys should add a reset button for the users of cubik. So they can do the same and not have to ask you guys and bother you guys for it though.

The problem with that is that it'd need strict checks to it to stop people locking themselves out by clicking it constantly and then having to deal with that.

It's "easier" for us to just have to do it manually. As we can also educate people who manage to use their uses quickly that if they continue to do so they might not be able to use their key anymore.

We can also make decisions on a case by case basis. Such as people getting locked out because somehow their friend got their key (not that you're allowed to share keys). We can then change their key instead of them repeatedly getting locked out.
