New computer, can't use Cubik [Solved]

I brought Cubik and now I switched computers, I tried deleting Cubik on the old computer but still can't use the serial on my new computer. Does the "only one machine" mean I can only use it on the computer I first downloaded on even if I delete it? If so, do I have to buy Cubik Studio again?

The only way to get a reset is to ask. Generally you're only meant to use the key with one user on one machine, but there's obviously some leniency due to system upgrades, etc.

Make sure you're not sharing your key with others.
