Too many registrations on the same computer

Hello, recently I have installed Windows 10 and after Windows 10 fallen creator because the first can't be updated, the problem is about I used my license key each time I updated (and one in a backup). I didn't shared it.

Is it possible to reset my key, please ? Thanks for taking time with my problem.
