Batch Convert Many .obj + .mtl files

I was trying to batch convert many .obj and .mtl file pairs into separate qef files. For example, I have 1000 .obj + .mtl files. I want to voxelize each one separately with 32*32*32 dimension and export each one into the qef format. Wondering if there is a way to run a batch process on Cubik Studio?

Try Binvox, http://www.patrickmin.com/binvox/. There is plenty of tutorials out there and from what I know it can be used from batch
