The only way someone could be using your license is if you gave it to them.

Bare in mind a license is only meant to be used on 1 computer, by 1 user. There's some wiggle room to that, but if you're trying to use your license on numerous computers there's a high chance it will get locked.

I'm not sure what you're asking.

We can obviously see activations, but beyond that we'd not really be able to know if the computer belongs to you or not.

It's up to you to protect your serial key by ensuring your account has a strong password, and people don't use your computer without your knowledge.
