Account disabled

I hava bought Cubik Studio about a year ago. Now i have a new PC and wanted to download Cubik Studio to the new PC. When i want to login it says Username or password are incorrect. But when i go to forgot password and want to change it it says Username or eimail are incorrect or account is disabled. I cant even login to the forum so i had to create a new account. What do i have to do?

What is the username of the account you're trying to access?

the Accounts name is "TheMiner101102"

I don't see an account with that name. I see one without the 2 and that is not disabled.

oh that it that what it was. normaly it should be TheMiner101102 but i misstyped it and forgot the 2 at the end and noticed it with the 2 at the end to my password list thank you
