Then if you render it, it will then become messed up again, to fix this you'll need to go to your texture on the object. Turn the mipmaps off and also interpolation, those are the main factors but feel free to change the settings i changed too to give the best look.

If you have this issue in other programs, either look for texture settings with mipmaps or texture filtering (Trilinear, Bilinear, Nearest) change this to Nearest.
