Dear,

I just have bought a new laptop and since my Cubik's key has been registered 2 times (on my 2 PCs), can you reset my key so that I can re-activate?

Done.

Be aware if you use up your uses again any time soon your key won't be reset again as this is already the second time since you got the key in May.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
