And that if I ask a reset it will change and then another person can use it?

By using Cubik Studio, you know that you ARE NOT authorized to:

• Communicate your Serial to anyone and you are aware that if a Serial is posted on the internet, or is used by more than one user on more than one machine, it will be automatically banned and the attached product will become unusable.

if you want your friend to use Cubik Studio you would need to buy them their own a key.

A Serial must be used by only one user. It's not necessarily the owner who must be that user.

If you own 2 serials and only use one, you can safely share the second one with a friend (for example).

However, if that second serial is shared with more than one user, it might be disabled (automatically) as described in terms of use.
