Problem Transferring from Cubik Pro to Cubik Studio [Solved]

I have tried to transfer my account. I have looked at the forums and followed the guide however I need the serial code from the purchase email. When I use the resend form I can't receive the email. Is there some other way?

The old form has issues sending emails and I have now replaced it.

It just showed the same form but blank

I suspect the Javascript is cached on your PC, so I guess we'll do it the hard way.

Please send to me in a Private Message the following:

• A PayPal (or similar) receipt, or at least a relatively accurate date of purchase;
• the email addresses you likely used;
• the username you likely used;
• your real name
