Key registered with too many users

I've been using Cubik for a while now and have it registered on a few computers in my house. I recently reset wiped my current PC to a clean OS install and when I tried to register a Cubik, it said something about too many users are registered to the key. For some reason, I have a multiple keys but none of them work. Is there any way I can get my keys reset? Thanks
