Same here. I haven't created a Cubik account/bought Pro before, so Studio is my first. My payment was successful and I haven't received a product either. I've emailed support and now I'm waiting for a reply. Patience is a virtue, I guess. Hahaha

Yeah, it took a good while for the confirmation email for the forum account to arrive, so I'm gonna give it a good while for the download email to arrive. And absolutely! I wanted to help support the people (or perhaps just person from what I gather?) who put this together. It's an awesome tool that I'm rather impatient about wanting to work with .-. lol

I took about 45 minutes to an hour. I'm not too sure why the emailing would be so slow, since that's an automatic system. Same with getting a download link upon purchase. But then again, I know verrrrry little about web development, and I'm sure there were bugs to be worked on on release day. So I guess we'll just sit back and let them do their thing. haha

Ahh ok, then i still have some time to go

I do know about web development, automated shouldn't be taking that long, unless there's a delay with people purchasing/logging in/registering/downloading all at once... so basicly extreme web traffic...
Watching YT at the moment wating in anticipation

Yeah, I guess I can pass the time by studying. Ugh, I was hoping to procrastinate everything today while I make blocky goodness

Hi, sorry for those issues, things will get fixed asap and everybody will get their Serial and the access to download. I sincerely apologize for the delay.
