In Blender or in any 3D modeler, the default setting for textures is "bilinear" or "trilinear" filtering
You'll have to modify the filtering method for your imported texture to "Nearest neightbour" or "Point" or "None".

This setting is located in different places depending on your 3D modeler so you'll have to figure that yourself, I'm not a Blender user.
