Error Installation failed in CubikUpdater

Hello
I bought Cubik Studio but after i downloaded the CubikUpdater and i filled in the right serial and mail it said this: 'Installation failed on directory' ' access to path denied'

Can someone solve this?

Okay i already fixed this issue to redownload it in another tab. Thanks anyway
