Centering Diagonal Elements [Solved]

I am trying to create a gear model. But even using the arrow keys, I can't center the diagonal spokes.

I've searched everywhere to try and find an answer, but I can't seem to find one.
If anyone knows a way to more accurately move elements, I'd love to know.

Before rotating elements you can move the origin of the element, which is the point the element will rotate around.

Click the element settings button, on the right side of Cubik.

With the element, you want the origin to change for selected, you will have to manually edit the origin values.
