Hello,

Recently I purchased Cubik since I wanted to make models for a server I develop for. It was working fine, and I made a few models with it. But today, I was going to try and export them to json files for viewing in Minecraft and my registration keeps failing for no reason.

I have checked and double checked that there are no typos in both my email and serial key. I copy-pasted the key twice and nothing worked. I even tried deleting my Cubik Studio application and attempted to reinstall it with a fresh updater downloaded from the main site, but now I can't redownload Cubik because the updater still does the "Registration Failed" thing.

If needed, I can prove that I purchased the application with the confirmation emails. I am using the same computer, so that shouldn't be an issue. Please, I really enjoyed modeling stuff for players to use as weapons/hats in the future, but as of now the application is useless because my serial key won't work.

What do you mean by "my registration keeps failing for no reason"?
What is the error displayed in Cubik?

It says that the registration failed and it displays this text: "An error occurred while checking registration: The license information entered contains one or more error". However I am typing in the correct information that is on my profile page concerning the serial key. In fact, my key was saved from my successful register when this error started happening.

I had registered fine and was working with the program until yesterday where it started acting like I hadn't purchased the program. I double checked my credit card statement to make sure it went through, and it was there, so I did successfully pay for it. I honestly do not know why it is acting like my serial key is fake after it worked a month ago when I bought it.

Can you please give me a possible fix to this issue sometime soon? I still am nowhere closer to fixing my Cubik Studio application, and additional help is needed beyond the "reinstall, double check key/email, etc" type advice...

Have you retried recently?
Have you verified the information?
Do you have latest Cubik Studio version and Cubik Updater?
Is your time on your OS is set accurately (right timezone)?

Never mind; for some stupid reason I had to automatically set my time through the system rather than just "picking" the time zone.
I think it is fixed now, but if the issue comes up again I'll come back to this thread.
