UV Mapping Issue (Just updated to 2.7)

So today I attempted to make an animated texture model but I wasn't even able to get past the UV mapping issue because every time this happens (see below image). I've tried every attempt to try and get it to snap evenly but no matter what it never does. It doesn't even seem to be snapping evenly in the wrong position because you can see part of the pixel outside the snap. This is making it impossible to texture properly. No edits I've made to the texture have worked. I've had this issue in the past with 2.6 and I'd hoped 2.7 fixed it but it hasn't.

It's hard to guess what is happening with your screenshot and explanations.
Please attach the .cubik file so I can investigate and help you.
