I have the problem of the item is not the same as the one done
And tried everything and it does not give me errors in the moment of exporting it
Instead of showing me the shield, it shows me a giant chest, but when I put it, the shield appears

You need to post a resourcepack of the issue. Otherwise all anyone can do is blindly guess.

You need to remove the line: "parent": "builtin/entity", from the top of the file.
