So i purchased BDCraft cubik Pro earlier this year and i dont remember my username or password but i do have the purchase reciepts and all the info that came with the purchase and this bothers me because im worried that i wont be able to get cubik studio now. Please i need help!

Ok so im stuck on the part where they said go to cubik.studio/recover i did that and then i realised that i dont remember my old cubik account details i just have my cubik pro key and an email confirmation of payment and such so i was wondering if you could add cubik studio to my new account (This account) as long as i provide valid evidence that i purchased cubik pro!

If you have your Cubik Pro serial and the email address of the account attached to it, then what's the problem? Just fill the recover form?

The recover form doesnt work i dont have the email for the account but i have the email that the key was sent to! But its fine anyways i just said screw it and i bought cubik studio so no worries anymore!
